Membership

What Membership Means

When you join IWCF, you become part of a community who believes giving together can make a greater impact than giving alone. As a member, you are part of a 25-year tradition of thoughtful investment. Since 2002, we have invested over $7 million in programs that strengthen organizations serving Idaho and beyond — a legacy made possible through the generosity, vision, and steadfast commitment of our IWCF members.

Membership Options

We offer multiple pathways to membership. Choose the path that is personally meaningful to you. Your entire membership contribution is tax-deductible and directly supports the community. Every member gets one vote.

$625 Annual Membership

  • $500 supports pooled-fund grants
  • $125 supports IWCF operations

$1,125 Annual Membership

  • $500 supports pooled-fund grants
  • $125 supports IWCF operations
  • An additional $500 donation that IWCF gives to the nonprofit of your choice. We call this an “Individual Grant Designation” (IGD)

Belonging Scholarship

IWCF’s Belonging Scholarship Program shares the gift of IWCF membership with new or current members who may be experiencing a financial barrier to membership. This is funded as follows:

  • $125 – IWCF operations fee, donated by the scholarship recipient
  • $500 – Funded by donations to the Belonging Scholarship Fund, which are transferred to the IWCF Pooled Fund on behalf of the scholarship recipient

What Your Membership Makes Possible

From increasing early school readiness and protecting Idaho’s water quality, to improving youth mental health and housing for low-income seniors, to expanding access to the arts and beyond – IWCF’s pooled-fund grants lead the way to stronger communities.

Your Commitment

Your vote matters. As a member, you play a critical role in deciding who we fund and shape our community impact each year. In addition to your annual vote, we hope you find the level of involvement that aligns with their personal interests and availability.

Your Involvement - Committees and Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering is a fun, rewarding way to make an impact firsthand. Whether you join a committee, help with a service project, or support an education or social event, you’ll build meaningful connections with other members. We have flexible opportunities to share your talents, whether you have a little or a lot of time – your choice!”
